The phone team
Every call is answered around the clock. An automated assistant takes your name, number and what the tree is doing, and a person calls you back — within minutes for a tree on a structure, within the hour otherwise.
The estimator
Walks the property, reads the tree — lean, decay, root condition, what it would hit — and writes the price. Ask whether the tree really needs to come down; you'll get a straight answer.
The crew lead
Runs the removal or trim on the day: climbing or bucket, rigging, the drop zone, chipping and cleanup. Walks the yard with you before the truck leaves.
The office
Checks whether a permit applies, schedules the crane when one is needed, and keeps the certificate of insurance current so you can see it before anyone climbs.
Who performs the work
Georgetown Tree Co. is locally operated in Georgetown, TX. The tree service work itself is performed by independent, insured local tree crews we work with — not by the operator of this website — and we tell you who is coming before anyone is scheduled.
