How the estimate works

1. Tell us about the job. Tell us about the tree — roughly how tall, what's near it (the house, a fence, power lines), and what you want done. A photo from the street helps but isn't required.

2. We come out. An estimator walks the property, usually within a day or two. They look at the lean, the root flare, decay, the drop zone and how equipment can get in, and tell you what the tree actually needs.

3. You get a written price. You get an itemized written price — removal, trimming, stump grinding, haul-off, and a crane if one is needed — plus whether a city permit applies. No deposit until you approve and we schedule.

What's in the price

An estimate from us is itemized so you can compare it line by line: the climb or bucket work, rigging over roofs and fences, chipping and haul-off of everything we cut, stump grinding when you want it, raking the lawn, and the permit check for protected or heritage trees. If something isn't on the sheet, it isn't a surprise later.

No obligation

The estimate is free and you are free to get a second one. We'd rather you compare and choose us than feel pushed. The written price is good for 30 days; if you approve it, we schedule the work and no deposit is due before then.
